Skills for Change's Integrated Employment Services Office has more than 40 years of experience helping people secure employment in Canada. The program responds to both the career and employment needs of individuals — from newcomers building careers, to working professionals seeking advancement, to women, youth, and seniors looking for entry points or new direction. Services are available both in-person and remotely, with two office locations in Toronto.
Programs include information, referral and assessment, workshops, resume development, and job placement support. Counsellors help with career exploration, job search tools, professional communication, and Canadian workplace culture. We can also connect you with a mentor who will help you develop a resume that employers are looking for.
