Refunds
Clients may cancel their registration before they are halfway through a course. Refunds are not issued once a client has taken more than 50% of the course. Refund amounts are calculated on a pro-rated basis, taking into account the unattended portion of the course. Skills for Change reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course at any time; in such cases, participants will be notified and a full refund (or a postponed-course resumption) will be issued.
