Professional Mentoring
The Mentoring for Change Program has connected international education professionals with established mentors for over 30 years. The program pairs newcomers with experienced professionals for one-on-one guidance on employment, settlement, communication, and career development.
Participants commit approximately one hour per week for up to four months. Mentoring is offered virtually or in person, depending on your preference and availability. Skills for Change also runs supplementary initiatives — biweekly "Inspiring and Amplifying Mentoring (IAM): Lunch, Learn and Share" sessions over Microsoft Teams, and in-person "FOCUS Communication & Employability" workshops at the Skills for Change headquarters.
